The site is located on the west side of Southampton Row, with Sicilian Avenue to the north and Bloomsbury Square to the northwest. It comprises three buildings: Sicilian House, Vernon House, and 21 Southampton Row. The project will soon incorporate works at 31 Southampton Row.
The refurbishment of these buildings encompasses the following internal layout restructuring:
High-specification refurbishment planned for reception, ground floor, and basement areas
Addition of a new central lift and stair core to 21 Southampton Row
Reconfiguration of Vernon House and Sicilian House to create open office accommodation
New mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the revised layout.
The project is being developed by Tristan Capital Partners.
