Updated Draft Construction Management Plan
We are now preparing for the next phase of our project, for which Camden Council has granted planning permission at 31 Southampton Row. The proposals include both external and internal renovations.
These involve creating a new office entrance on Sicilian Avenue, reconfiguring retail units, reducing heavy internal structures to create better office floors, and adding cycle parking, showers, and changing facilities. At the roof level, changes will include a new rooftop plant deck and heating and cooling equipment installation. The façade would be cleaned and repaired, reflecting the adjoining project.

This plan builds on the success of our current management approach, with some minor adjustments to the pedestrian walkway and cycle lane.
