Considerate Constructors Success

We are thrilled to announce that we recently achieved an impressive 42 out of 45 score in the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) inspection. This score is a testament to the team's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of community respect, environmental care, and workforce value, three key pillars of the CCS Code of Considerate Practice.

Achieving such a high score places our construction team firmly in the ‘Excellent’ category, reflecting our commitment to reducing the impact of construction on local communities and the environment, as well as ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our workforce. With the upper threshold for excellence starting at 39, this score clearly indicates our exceptional performance and leadership in the construction industry.

This success is impossible without the entire team's hard work and collaboration. Every individual played a critical role in ensuring that we met and exceeded the scheme’s rigorous standards. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this achievement possible! Here's to continuing our journey of excellence and raising the bar for considerate construction. Well done, team!

Traffic Marshall Training with TfL

We recently welcomed Michael Barratt from Transport for London onsite to provide elite and empowerment training for our traffic marshals. The training covered key areas, including:

  • Safety protocols

  • Environmental impact awareness

  • Disability equality

  • Opportunity crime prevention.

Student Site Visit

In addition, we hosted a group of students from the University of Westminster as part of their studies, providing them with valuable insights into the project.
